About Us

Life is a journey, never take it for granted, and live every day to its fullest!

Tom and I, Rebecca, established Briden Wilson Farm in 2003 when we decided that we needed to raise our kids in the country. Tom, coming from a farming background from the Midwest, was excited about the new farming adventure. Owning a piece of land he could call his own and make it prosper was a life-long dream of his.

We moved onto our property with hopes and dreams to raise our family on a farm and instill a love for the land, agriculture and farming into each one of our kids. Having 1 girl and 4 boys, each one had a part in helping out from season to season throughout their growing up years.

Farm life became a lifestyle, and hard work was not an option but what it took to get the job done. The kids all learned how to drive a tractor, run a weed wacker and use a shovel! But more than that, we were able to instill in them a strong faith and a hard work ethic that is hard to come by these days, and I feel blessed to have been able to give them that foundation.

In May of 2022, my life was turned upside down. My dear Tom had an airplane accident and went on to his eternal home in heaven. This tragedy hit our family hard, and with it brought questions of whether or not to keep the farm and business going or to sell and move away.

Given time to process, I, Rebecca, made the decision to keep the farm and keep Briden Wilson Farm-homegrownalmonds up and running. I have a new love for the farm now. There is something special about keeping the farm “A legacy for Tom”, the dream he started that I can carry on and keep going for my kids and grandkids. The farm is a place now for the kids and grandkids to come back to, home, and all the memories of their father. It’s a comforting feeling to know that even though Tom is no longer here on this earth in person there will always be a part of him here on this farm, in this dirt.
