Ingredients: Organic small white navy beans.

Cooking Instructions: Sort and rinse thoroughly. Soak overnight in plenty of water, then drain and rinse. Cover with fresh water by about 1 inch. Bring to a boil for 10 minutes, then reduce heat and simmer for 1–2 hours, or until tender, adding water as needed.

Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place.
